    Kate Montague – Founder / CEO

    As a Producer and Executive Producer, Kate has worked on audio projects for Audible, Spotify, SBS, LiSTNR, ABC, CBC, and NPR. She has also led podcast workshops at the Sydney Opera House, Screen QLD, Spotify, and the NSW Writers Centre. When Kate is not dreaming of audio stories, you’ll find her chasing after fish in the ocean or hiking through her favourite national parks.

    Marcus Costello – Senior Producer

    In the name of a good story, Marcus has eaten insects, run through fire, and recorded completely nude. As the Current Affairs Digital Lead at SBS, Marcus developed original video series and assigned daily and long-lead online journalism across Insight, The Feed and Dateline. He has also produced radio for ABC and Deutsche Welle (Germany).

    Laura Brierley Newton – Producer / Engineer

    Obsessed with sound, Laura can be found recording audio whenever something catches their ear. As a producer and sound engineer they have worked on projects with AGNSW, the Sydney Opera House, Red Bull, Guardian Australia, CSIRO and more. When they’re not working, you can find them in the ocean or hanging with their dog.

    Olivia O'Flynn – Producer (Podcasts and Digital)

    Olivia has been known to miss her train stop when listening, reading or eavesdropping on a good story. At work, she has consulted some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading podcast talent on content development and growth strategy, and has produced podcasts including The PJ Podcast, The Good Bits and Talking Words. When she’s not immersed in audio storytelling, you will find her writing and petting her greyhound, Wizard.

  • Mandy Manning Yuan – Producer

    Mandy came to the world of audio storytelling after a career in tech. When she realised she listened to podcasts more than she listened to her mum, she thought she might as well start producing them too! Working with partners like Qantas, Woolworths, Westpac, and Subway in her past career, Mandy brings nerdy business acumen and project management skills. She most recently worked on the Sydney Writers’ Festival podcast and is currently producing the second season of Seen for SBS.

  • Nicola Kay - Finance Manager

    Nicola is a globally qualified accountant with over 25 years experience in Accounting & Finance spanning careers in the UK, USA and Australia. Nicola has worked in commercial finance for many years in leading corporate media businesses, including Warner Group, CBS and Viacom. More recently, she has been Sydney side, geeking out with finance teams, talking numbers and strategizing with business leaders on how to maximise growth and profitability. In her spare time, she’s dreaming up her next overseas adventure.

    Yeo Choong

    A Producer, Sound Engineer and Composer who has created work for 7am, SBS, ABC, Liminal Magazine, and Shapes and Sounds. Yeo is also an established musician operating as a solo artist, session player, musical director and DJ. He helps run Big Bao, a collective that promotes Asian artistry.

    Adam Connelly

    A multi-talented Sound Designer, foley artist and composer with a background in film, VR gaming and long-form audio. His podcast work includes Pillow Talk, Astronomical, John Safran vs. The Occult, and Heaps Better. Adam also works as a musician and composer across a range of genres.

    Caitlin Gibson

    Caitlin is a creative producer and host working across audio storytelling, public art projects and large scale events. She is the current Head of Curation at TEDxSydney working with Australia's leaders across science, engineering, business and the arts. Her audio documentaries have been broadcast on ABC Radio National’s Earshot, Into the Music, and This is About.

    Ravi Gupta

    A Sound Engineer, Composer and Musician; a true audio all-rounder. Ravi has mixed Audiocraft podcasts including Seen (SBS) and Sex Therapy: Sessions with Chantelle Otten (Audible). He has also done composition and sound design work on film and contemporary dance productions, and in the interactive narrative realm with an audio engineering role for the Cockatoo Island guided audio tour.

  • Jess Hamilton

    Jess is a writer/producer spanning documentary and fiction. Her recent work includes the fictional series Flirties (Audiocraft Original), Pillow Talk (Audible/Easy Tiger), Heaps Better (Greenpeace Australia) and the independent musical audio fiction, Slaughterhouse Road. She has produced branded podcasts for CSIRO, The Festival of Dangerous Ideas, Red Bull, Sydney Opera house and more.

    Glen Morrow

    An audio Producer, voice artist, podcaster and broadcaster with some 20 years of experience in radio and audio. Most recently, Glen has worked as a Sound Engineer on podcasts for MAAS, the Sydney Opera House, CRN, and Hireup. He has also been a broadcaster with Melbourne radio stations PBS and 3RRR hosting regular shows and providing broadcaster training.

    Jasmine Mee Lee

    A Producer and researcher with a background in journalism, Jasmine has produced on Audiocraft podcasts including A Nation Changed and Everyday AI. Previously, she produced and voiced for SBS Radio, supported production on independent podcasts Moonshot, Building a Unicorn, and Supercharged, and produced, edited and hosted Cataclysm for RMIT.

    Weronika Razna

    A Sound Designer and Engineer with a passion for film and audio storytelling, Weronika has extensive experience in location sound and sound design in the post-production of film, TV and visual arts. Her most recent podcast work includes Rule Benders (Red Bull), and Dora (AGNSW). Weronika has strong studio experience as well as in live mixing (theatre and TV) and field recordings.

    Evan Kaldor

    Evan Kaldor is Founder and CEO of Kinderling, a radio station focused on kids and parenting. Prior to Kinderling, Evan was the General Manager of FBi Radio. His background is in investment banking, he has an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business, and is a Director of Kaldor Public Art Projects.

    Cassandra Kevin is the director of Avant Agency, managing strategic sponsorship marketing and partnerships for communities and organisations. Cassandra has over 15 years experience in the events industry working across the arts, sport, and food sectors, and delivering new business sponsorship properties across Australia.

    Brett Oaten

    Brett Oaten is the principal of the imaginatively named law firm, Brett Oaten Solicitors. Since 1992, Brett has represented many of Australia’s leading musicians, personalities, film and TV producers, start-ups, and creative businesses. Brett is a founding and life member of radio station FBi 94.5 and presented a weekly “comedy” show on FBi for ten years.
